Sponsor A Child

A Word from Our Sponsor….YOU!

Would you or your company like to make a positive difference in the life of a child? You can! We are looking for individuals, groups and companies who would like to sponsor a child to run away and join the circus.

Although our class tuition rates are low compared to other gymnastics and arts facilities, some extremely talented children cannot afford to pay. We have never turned away anyone because they couldn’t pay. Please support our scholarship fund by sponsoring a child. A tax-deductible gift of $500 will give a beginning student a full school year of weekly circus classes -- and a costume! Your $1,100 gift will give some lucky future star two months of full-day circus summer camp performing experience!

We now offer companies the opportunity to sponsor one of our circus troupes or a series of youth circus shows. Tax-deductible sponsorships range from $10,000 to $50,000. This is a wonderful way for your marketing dollars to help local children from diverse backgrounds and put your company name in front of half a million people who see our shows at City Museum and other venues around the region.

Please print, fill out and return this form or call us at 314-436-7676 to set up your special sponsorship. Or fill out our online Donor Form.

Quotes from some of our Youth Circus Performers

“The fastest way to go from a nerd to a god in the eyes of your friends is to learn a back handspring.”
Matthew, age 11

“Being in the circus has taught me to be brave and not to be afraid to try new things. Hard work is needed to get better at the thing you want to do.”
Crina age 7

“Circus has really helped me. It keeps me off the streets. Most kids are happy with baseball. When other kids say they are on a baseball team I say, ‘Well, good. I’m in the CIRCUS!’”
Lemond age 12

“I don’t know what my life would be like, if I wasn’t in the circus. I probably wouldn’t have half as many friends as I do now and I most definitely wouldn’t know all these different people and about their cultures, and I’m positive I wouldn’t get to go to half the places we get to go to. So, I’m pretty thankful that I have circus in my life.”
Elliana age 13

“Before I was in the circus I was not very confident in myself. Then I started in the circus. Confidence-wise, let’s just say now, no one can lower it.”
Maya age 14

“The Circus Day Foundation strengthens me physically and emotionally. Through physically supporting other kids I have become confident and sure of myself. Although circus is the only thing I have in common with a lot of the kids involved, they are some of the friends I have most fun with. The Circus Day foundation has given me the opportunity to meet and get to know circus performers from around the world, to perform with Youth Circus Performers from around the country, and many experiences that would not otherwise be possible for me.”
Claire age 14

“Circus keeps me active in many ways. I love learning new things and circus makes me more social. I’ve met many different kinds of people who I would’ve never imagined to meet if it wasn’t for circus.”
