Watch out for Flying Children! The Circus Day Foundation announces its Second Annual Youth Circus Showcase featuring over 40 youth circus performers from Circus Day’s various circus arts programs.

Come see these multi-talented, multi-cultural, multi-generational performers from all over St. Louis! You’ll thrill to flying children, tap your feet to the beat of the music and feel—for the moments you are here—that all is right with the world as people and art forms come together and create symphonies of sensational, inspirational performance art.

Performers include the St. Louis Arches, Patchwork Circus, Casa Volando Circus, Circus Sublime, CircusWorks! and CapKids Circus. Shows will take place from 11 AM through 3:30 PM in the circus ring on the third floor at City Museum. The final presentation of the day, at 3 PM, will be Taste of Circus Harmony. This is a preview of Circus Day’s new project, Circus Harmony, featuring youth circus performers accompanied by various multi-cultural musicians. The musicians who will be performing on Saturday will be the St. Louis Osuwa Taiko Drummers, Farshid EtniKo, Sandy Weltman’s Hebrew Hillbillies, Xiaoyu Yan and the St. Louis Community Circus Band.
